The 9Health Fairs are one of the largest community events in the country. The Colorado Beef Council is a proud sponsor of the 2007 9Health Fairs. Colorado  is host to over 160 fairs with the Colorado Beef Council being an official "Interactive Education Center."

Colorado Chef Association

The Colorado Chefs Association, a chapter of the American Culinary Federation, is an association of chefs, cooks, baking and pastry professionals, purveyors, producers and other culinary professionals. The Colorado Beef Council teamed up with the Colorado Chef Association to help educate chefs about beef with seminars and beef-focused culinary events.

American Heart Association - Denver Heart Walk

The Denver affiliate of the American Heart Association presents the annual Denver Heart Walk. This event combines exercise, fresh air, prizes and fun for the whole family.

The Colorado Beef Council is a local sponsor of this event that reaches over 7,500 people. As part of the festival following the walk, the Colorado Beef Council provides nutrition information and recipes to consumers and a tasty sample of beef to remind everyone that beef not only tastes good, it is good for you, too.
